counties in Southwest Georgia. The partners, Charles M. "Chuck"
Jones, President of Consolidated Loan and Mortgage Company and Chairman of the
Board of Albany Bank and Trust and E. Dean Rosier, a Georgia Registered Land Surveyor with 30 years experience in
subdivision design, bring together unique combination of Land Development and
Financing capabilities.
Delta Partners has sold over
400 lots in Southwest Georgia with an average lot
